Their entire team is great. It’s a family run business and they treat you the same way. From the owners down to the newest team members. Sergio and Felipe are my usual technicians and they display the same level of friendliness, thoroughness and professionalism as the owners I met on day 1. We’ve been using their monthly service since we moved in almost 3 years ago and we’ve never had a problem.

We had a hornets next spring up last summer and they made an appointment with me to take care of it the next day.

They’re consistently on time, have been very easy to work with, and their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide.

We reached out to Cousins Pest Control when our current provider wasn’t fixing an issue with pests that we reported over and over. Sergio and his team did a thorough inspection and got to the root of the problem on the first visit. I am grateful we found them and it was a no brainer to cancel with our other provider and use them for our monthly treatments moving forward instead. They are knowledgeable, kind, professional and even provided a list of the products they use so I can feel good about what’s being used around my children and dogs.
